Mindfulness Presentation: 

Participants learn practical tools to reduce stress, increase focus, and cultivate greater presence in daily life. There are a lot of articles out there these days espousing the benefits of Mindfulness, but not many of them give practical tools that the reader can start implementing. In fact they often leave the reader with an awareness that it’s something they probably need, but no idea on how to practically do it. Mindfulness is something that can really only be understood through regular practice, so spending some time with an experienced teacher actually learning how to practice Mindfulness is invaluable. In this presentation, students will learn:

  • What Mindfulness is

  • Why we need it now more than ever

  • The research on the benefits of a Mindfulness practice

  • How to meditatate and bring Midfulness into daily life

Sessions range from a 30-minute introduction to an immersive half-day workshop, offering immediately usable mindfulness skills and practices.  For groups familiar with the Enneagram, the connection with Mindfulness will be woven into the talk.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program

An abridged 6-week “Lunch and Learn” program for professionals (virtual).
This 35-day challenge includes daily practice assignments and guided meditations to help participants build a meaningful and lasting mindfulness practice that integrates seamlessly into work and life.

Participants learn to:

  • Integrate meditation into daily routines

  • Manage pain, stress, and difficult emotions

  • Respond rather than react under pressure

  • Strengthen focus, attention, and productivity

  • Cultivate compassion for self and others

Research shows that even a small group learning mindfulness can positively shift an entire workplace culture. For groups familiar with the Enneagram, the connection with Mindfulness will be woven into the course.

The Enneagram and Mindfulness Workshops

I’m passionate about bringing the transformative power of the Enneagram and Mindfulness into organizations. Together, these tools enhance communication, strengthen team dynamics, and foster self-awareness—the foundation of emotional intelligence and effective leadership.

In these interactive presentations, participants:
